From Arizona to Hong Kong
Hannah Blaylock has enjoyed playing the harp and piano for many years. She has an extensive classically trained background studying in Arizona with Alla Yashneva ending with a Minor in Music from Brigham Young University.
As a competitive soloist, she has competed in various state, national, and international competitions including placing first in the International Great Composer Series.
As a member of the American Harp Society, she has completed ABRSM Grades 1-7. In 2017, she was selected to perform as a soloist in Los Angeles as a Classics Alive Artist Winner.
Her most recent solo stage performance was in Hong Kong as the 5th place winner of the Hong Kong International Harp Competition.
A Distinguished Performer
In addition to solo performances, Hannah loves to be involved in various ensembles and the community. She performed at both Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center as Principle Harpist. She has also been involved with various orchestras and ensembles within Utah, Arizona, and Florida for both piano and harp.
Hannah is currently the harpist for the Broward Symphony Orchestra and enjoys being involved in the local American Harp Society chapter. She recently performed as a part of the South Florida Harp Ensemble featuring the world debut of Alfredo Ortiz's "By the Shade of the Palms".
Bringing a unique sound and performance, Hannah is ready to be your wedding harpist or harpist for any event!
Music Enthusiast
Hannah is enthusiastic about sharing her passion through music. She enjoys offering her services to elevate any event and set the tone through the unique and beautiful sound of the harp.
In addition to live performances, Hannah loves to share her music through recordings, videos, and publishing unique sheet music arrangements for the harp.
Teaching for over a decade, Hannah finds joy in managing a private music studio for both piano and harp empowering beginners to embrace their musicality.
